Full Metal Dojo, Thailand’s leading MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) organization, is pleased to announce a major new title sponsorship deal with TripAlly for their upcoming event, FMD15, on Saturday, November 4th, 2017 at Insanity Nightclub, Bangkok, Thailand, broadcast live at www.facebook.com/fullmetaldojo, from 8:30pm local time (6:30am PT / 9:30am ET / 2:30pm CET). The Halloween weekend event is themed after the classic 1979 movie ‘The Warriors’, and will now be rebranded as “FMD15: Come Out to Play, powered by TripAlly”.

TripAlly is a brand new mobile application for travelers, which is the first in the world to offer travelers connectivity to the mobile internet without roaming fees, changing SIM card or using Wifi. For a fixed price similar to local internet rates, travelers will enjoy access to unlimited mobile data in each country they visit. The app will initially launch in Q3 of 2018 in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia, followed by Myanmar, Vietnam and Malaysia in Q4.

As well as TripAlly Internet, the company will also launch TripAlly Exchange, which allows travelers to withdraw cash from their online account via ATMs, as well as transport and ticketing services. This array of travelers’ services will be rounded out with the creation of their own crypto-currency AllyCoin, which can be used as payment for all services and as a mobile payment in all participating outlets. With their slogan, ‘Your ally to travel freely’, the aim is to make the app a one-stop solution for international travelers in the region.

According to the UN World Travel Organization, $115 billion was spent by travelers in Southeast Asia in 2016, with an 8% growth rate, so TripAlly see the region as the perfect place to launch the app, and have partnered with local mobile phone operators to make it happen.
